As our name suggests we’re a family run operation located in the heart of Medieval Ennis at 10 Chapel Lane. When my wife Helen and I established the business we vowed to create an agency where honesty was our motto and personal attention was guaranteed. With qualifications in property economics (we’re both graduates of GMIT) and over half a century of combined experience in the industry we have the knowledge and experience to offer the best advice and secure the result you need when selling your home or commercial property.

Business runs through both our veins with my father, Christy McMahon being a well known figure in farming circles who ran a famous garage at Ashline for over 30 years until his retirement. Whilst Helen’s Father, Dermot McDermott was one of the best known estate agents in Sligo and the north West.

Chapel Lane is one of the oldest parts of Ennis and forms a strategic link with the pedestrianised Parnell Street and the vibrant Market area. The lane derives its name from the Catholic Church erected here in 1735. The church still remains and now forms part of the Ennis Community centre. Our office at number 10 is situated on the Market end of the lane in a restored 18th century two and a half storey townhouse. The house has been here a long time and has seen some tumultuous changes throughout the centuries.
